Good location - fairly central to most touristic sightseeing places. Good restaurant and bars at ground floor and rooftop were great. Staff attentive and professional. Young gentleman serving drinks on rooftop bar 23/08 was great and should be commended for his service efforts. Pool at the top of the roof is a nice addition Bed was nice and comfy.

The best thing about this hotel is the location. Walking distance to many points of interest and very easy to hail a taxi anytime. It overlooks a small but lovely square and we enjoyed watching dogs playing, skateboarders, blooming trees and buskers from our balcony. Good room design. Comfy bed. We appreciated the late checkout. Overall we were happy with our choice of hotel.

The surrounding is peaceful and quiet. You can see an elegant plaza from the balcony, where at night you can enjoy a glass of wine under the trees without a care in the world. The stuff is polite and helpful. About fifteen minutes’ walk to the royal palace and the opera and ten minutes’ walk to the Park. Definitely a good choice if you want to roam the city centre. The room is clean and rather delicate.

The hotel was ideally located for all the museums and the shopping district. It was a short walk away from the Retiro park and historic Madrid. There are all kind of restaurants around, from KFC to Michelin stars. There is a swimming pool ( tiny) in a sister hotel round the corner, with a bar at the top of the building. Not good for a swim but perfect for cooling down. The communal areas of the hotel have a very calm atmosphere and there are beautiful artworks. All the staff are incredibly helpful and smiley- this is Madrid after all. There is a car park in the hotel (€30 day) and the hotel deals with Madrid congestion charge)

We really liked the hotel. I wondered if any of the rooms ever come up for sale? We would be interested in a suite overlooking the fountain and would also need parking for 2 cars. We liked the central location and would be happy to fit our own kitchen etc and refurbish to our own colours. Obviously any works would have to be agreed to avoid any inconvenience to other guests. We looked at Brighton in the UK but prefer Madrid or Sevilla as long as there is air conditioning in the Aparthotel.

Welcoming staff who gave stellar suggestions for nearby restaurants. Our superior Room was quiet, and well-equipped with lovely pillows, comfy cotton sheets. Large tub to soak in! Spacious. Plenty of storage. Location to all local side streets to explore and enjoy the city. And a bar in the lobby too! Highly recommend.

Overall the stay was wonderful, hotel including staff nothing was too much trouble, close to the main shopping area, easy to get where ever you want to get to.

Location is perfect! near museums, parks, shops, restaurants Room was very comfortable, great pillows! Quiet. Breakfast is wonderful, with a lot of options of fruit, bread, cheese, eggs, and the staff who serves there is very friendly and helpful

Great location for Prado, Thyssen, walking, restaurants. Good room with view, wonderful breakfasts, and fabulous staff: everyone at front desk, friendly valet, helpful maid, the waiter at breakfast in the long apron who remembered our preferences each day & topped up our coffee, the attentive waitress in the hotel restaurant, and especially Justina in reception who answered all questions & solved all problems! Many thanks to all!
